End User License Agreement (EULA) for DECRIPTO Software

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) is a legal contract between you (the “Licensee”) and DECRIPTO, headquartered at Lauro de Freitas, in the state of Bahia, Brazil (the “Licensor”). By installing, activating, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not install, activate, or use the software.

1. Definitions

  • Software: Refers to the software provided by DECRIPTO, including updates, upgrades, documentation, or any related content.
  • Licensee: Refers to the individual or company that acquires a license to use the Software.
  • Licensor: Refers to DECRIPTO, the company granting the rights to use the Software.

2. License to Use

DECRIPTO grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software upon payment and activation with a valid serial key.

The use of the Software is exclusively permitted for:

  • Commercial purposes: The Licensee may use the Software for commercial purposes, including leveraging the functionality of the Software to generate profit, provided such use does not involve the redistribution or resale of the Software.

3. Usage Restrictions

The Licensee agrees to adhere to the following restrictions when using the Software:

  • No redistribution: The Licensee may not copy, share, redistribute, or make the Software available, in its original or modified form, to third parties without explicit written consent from the Licensor.
  • No reverse engineering: The Licensee is prohibited from reverse engineering, disassembling, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code or algorithms of the Software.
  • No copying: Except for creating a single personal backup copy, the Licensee may not copy the Software in its original or modified form.
  • No resale: The Licensee may not resell, sublicense, rent, or lease the Software to third parties.
  • Commercial use: The Software may be used for commercial purposes as long as it does not involve resale or redistribution of the Software.
  • No attribution required: The Licensee is not required to provide attribution to DECRIPTO when using the Software.

4. License Activation and Validity

The Licensee must activate the Software with a valid serial key provided by DECRIPTO. Using the Software without activation is strictly prohibited. The Software license is only valid upon correct activation, and any attempt to use the Software without the activation key will result in the automatic revocation of the license.

5. Updates and Modifications

DECRIPTO may, at its discretion, provide updates and upgrades to the Software. Installation of any updates will be subject to the terms of this EULA. DECRIPTO reserves the right to modify the terms of this EULA at any time. The Licensee will be notified of changes by email or on the official website.

6. Intellectual Property

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. All rights, title, and interest, including without limitation all intellectual property rights in the Software, remain with DECRIPTO. No part of this EULA grants the Licensee any ownership rights to the Software, except for the limited use license granted in this Agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall DECRIPTO be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The use of the Software is at the Licensee’s own risk.

8. Termination

This EULA will automatically terminate if the Licensee violates any provisions of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must immediately cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from all devices.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Bahia, Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Licensee agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahia to resolve any disputes that may arise from or in connection with this EULA.

10. General Provisions

If any part of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
